Some of the Bridge Street vendors forced to find alternative locations due to renovation work on the Granville Williams Bus Terminal want to know if they would be returning when the work is concluded.
While they were not pleased about the “short notice” given to move, the vendors said they understood that the renovations had to be undertaken.
“The vendors ain’t vex,” said a man who would only give his name as “Fox”.
“We all for upgrading but when a vendor selling and you need them to move or you need to renovate, you need to come and let the people know. You told the vendors about it two days before so I don’t feel that is good enough,” he lamented.
