Get on track!

An infusion of new foreign and domestic investment into horse racing, especially into a new track and better quality horses.

“Horse racing in Barbados is losing the old heads and for the young people, who are coming into the (sport) today, going forward is pretty slim,” Husbands told Weekend Sport during a conversation from his home in Brampton, Ontario, where he is a highly successful champion in the saddle, who is about to be inducted into Canada’s prestigious horse racing Hall of Fame in August at Woodbine in Toronto.
