The prosecution has asked that a man who had a “cannabis farm” in his yard be fined up to $200 000 for his illegal growth.

Davion Levere Ricardo Miller, of Brownes Gap, Sargeant’s Village, Christ Church, was back in the No. 4 Supreme Court yesterday, after he had pleaded guilty to possession of 58.81 kilogrammes/130 pounds of cannabis on April 26, 2017.

He also admitted he had a traffickable quantity of the drug and that he cultivated it on the same date.
