With no provocation, Frederick Alfred Haynes hit a car as the driver was passing him, on July 1.
His actions damaged one of the mirrors, caused him to pay compensation and be remanded to prison. He was already on bail in relation to other charges.
Haynes appeared before acting Magistrate Bernadette John at the Oistins Magistrates’ Court on Monday, where he pleaded guilty to intentionally damaging Nicole Metzer’s car, or was reckless as to whether it would be damaged, along Oistins Road on Saturday.
Haynes is a vendor of Drayton Close, Enterprise, Christ Church.
The prosecutor, Sergeant Shane Chase, said Metzer was driving her car along Oistins Main Road when she saw Haynes in the middle of the road selling water. (SD)
