Simulation exercise creates panic

It is a simulation exercise gone horribly wrong.

Students at Springer Memorial Secondary School were sent into a panic when they were told armed, masked men had entered the compound.

As a result, students communicated with their parents, some of whom rushed from work to the Government Hill, St Michael, institution to collect their charges.

One parent called on the Ministry of Education to provide answers as children were traumatised when he arrived.

This is a developing story. More to come. (SAT)
