Murder accused cries police abuse

Romel Hose Marville said that he was beaten so severely in police custody that at one point he stooled himself, peed himself and another time passed out and came to in an ambulance.

The murder accused in the death of Donasan “Cheesecake King” Husbands said police took him to the Criminal Investigations Department at Redman Drive on August 3, 2018 and the abuse started in the vehicle.

During an interview, “officer Willoughby” told him he was investigating a shooting where one man died and another was injured near the Flour Mill on July 13, 2018 but he said he did not deal with guns and knew nothing about the incident. The officer warned him not to come into the station “telling lies” and when he denied knowing about a gun he was slapped. On the day of the killing, July 13, 2018, said Marville, he was by a friend, Kobea Watson, where he played video games until 3 a.m. and told police to check the cameras there.

On August 5, he was taken to Black Rock Police Station and told to say at the desk he had no complaints. From an upstairs room, he could see the nearby funeral home and “Officer Springer” kept asking him where was the gun, saying if he wanted to be shooting up “de place” he should have joined the “police force”.
