Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing girl.
She is Tanik Margrita Torraine Jemmott, 14 years, of Mills Apartment, Haynesville, St James, a third form student of the Parkinson Memorial Secondary School.
She left the home of her mother Kimberly St Louis, 41, on April 11, 2023 to go to her father’s residence. She never reached the home of Tedson Jemmott at Hillaby, St Thomas, and has not been seen since.
At the time she left home, she was carrying a navy blue backpack with brown flowers, but what she was wearing is unknown.
Tanik is 5″2 inches tall and stoutly built, with a brown complexion. She has an oval face, brown eyes and small ears. The left ear is pierced twice and the right ear once.
She has a protruding bottom lip, protruding forehead and broad nose. She walks with an erect appearance and is bow-legged. Tanik has a birthmark behind her left ear in the shape of a cherry. She is of Barbadian decent and speaks fluently. She has a pleasant demeanour.
