Brian Antonio Hinds blocked all his contacts and then posted an indecent photo with the woman’s name and face on it.
However, the woman was not pleased as it was the second time he had done such an act, despite being warned by police.
Hinds, a 38-year-old general worker, of Worrell Avenue, Hill Road, St Michael, was in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday where he pleaded guilty to using a computer – a tablet – to send a photograph which was indecent and which he intended to cause or was reckless whether it caused distress or anxiety to Jalita Wickham on December 27.
