The flash-flood watch has been discontinued for Barbados
The island experienced occasional light to heavy showers as a strong tropical wave affected the island. At present, the threat of excessive rainfall has diminished, leading to the discontinuation of the flash-flood watch.
Wet conditions will persist into tonight and tomorrow as the tail-end of the tropical wave affects Barbados.
The public is reminded that a flash-flood watch or warning could be issued at short notice as the tropical wave continues to affect the island. (PR/SAT)
