Accused ‘told me do what he say’

A witness yesterday testified how alias ‘Waxy’ instructed him to “do what he say” and should he be called to court that he “don’t know nothing”.

These instructions, said witness Jason Alleyne who was in the No. 3 Supreme Court, came after he saw ‘Waxy’ and another man in a fight in Regent Hill, the Pine, St Michael, and after ‘Waxy’ admitted he knew the man had died.

Alleyne was testifying in the murder trial of Adrian O’Brian Williams, of Henley, St John, who had originally pleaded not guilty to murdering Jackeil Small, 25, also of Henley, St John, on March 23, 2018. Williams later changed his plea to guilty.

Alleyne said he drove his girlfriend, Waxy who he identified as accused Williams, and Williams’ girlfriend to Sheraton Centre on March 23, 2018. His girlfriend and he went to the barber, while Williams and his girlfriend went inside the mall. (HLE)
