Several houses were damaged at Dunlow Lane, Bay Street St Michael after two trees located on the neighouring Woodside property fell over a wall and crashed into the houses early Thursday morning.
The affected residents complained that they had been asking the Woodside owners, where the trees were rooted, to trim them for a long time.
One resident had to be pulled from the wreckage of a house after it collapsed. Another said he was in the yard feeding his dogs when he heard a cracking sound and the trees came down.
Pamela Hope, one of the Woodside residents, promised they would “do something about it”. (TG)
