A young man was fatally stabbed on Tuesday morning, in the area of Queen’s Park, St. Michael.
Police Communications, and Public Affairs Officer (Ag) Stephen Griffith, who spoke to the media at the scene said the incident occurred at about 6:55 am and the victim was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital(QEH) by ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.
Griffith, a crime prevention officer, called for young people to find peaceful ways to settle disputes.
” Want more young people to do more dialogue rather than find themselves in a situation where it has to come to a tragic end,” he pleaded.
