While Cherian Margaret Judy Bellamy, 41, denied assaulting Neil Bourne on January 27, her husband John-George Francis Bellamy, 41, confessed to unlawfully and maliciously assaulting him on the same date.

The Bellamys, of Block 1A Meadow Road, Wildey, St Michael, appeared in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court last Friday.

Prosecutor Station Sergeant Wendell Greenidge told the court the couple operate a kiosk at Oistins Bay Garden, Christ Church, where Bourne is attached. On January 27, they showed up to deliver items to their kiosk around 7:30 p.m. (SD)
