Opener Brandon King batted through the innings and was left not out on 82 as West Indies posted 176 for seven off their 20 overs in the 2nd T20 International against England at the National Cricket Stadium in Grenada.
King scored eight fours and five sixes to steady the innings after Kyle Mayers (17), Nicholas Pooran (5), Shai Hope (1) and Shimron Hetmyer (2) all fell cheaply.
Captain Rovman Powell joined him at the crease with a quickfire 50 off 28 balls, which included three fours and five sixes.
The 80-run partnership helped save West Indies blushes and Andre Russell hit a brisk14 off ten balls at the end.
Adil Rashid and Tymal Mills took two wickets each. (SAT)
