Eunoia Jouvert was the first of about 14 bands whose revellers will fete from BTI car park. Lower Bay Street, to the Mighty Grynner Highway.
The jam, like all Crop Over events, makes a return after a two-year break for the COVID-19 pandemic.

Initially, organisers at the National Cultural Foundation had proposed several routes, including some out of The City, but this was met with resistance by revellers. After it was announced there would be a return to the old route, bandleaders reported an increase in numbers, but not to the level of previous years.
Police officers were posted along the route in keeping with the promise by Commissioner of Police, Richard Boyce, that the Barbados Police Service would keep revellers safe during this year’s festival. (TG/SAT)
